Homeowner Meetings

Procedure last approved 2/26/2025 by Board.

At minimum once a year, the Board must hold a meeting for the lot owners giving at least 30 days notice from the meeting.

Board shall take its own notes, have it agreed upon by the Board, and then keep them until the following meeting to which the first order of business shall be to approve the previous meeting’s notes.

From there meetings should observe the following order of at least the following topics:

  1. Old Business
  2. Current Financials and Budget
  3. New Business from Board
  4. New Business from Homeowners
