What does Landscaper Do?

• Mow all Common Areas every 2 weeks seven months a year
• Edge grass on all Common Areas every 4 weeks seven months a year
• All additional services and additional mows may be rendered on a case-by-case basis with Board majority approval.

How a Vendor is decided?

Summary:

1. Landscapers submit bids
2. Board reviews bids and elects winner
3. Contract signed
