Entrance - located approximately at 1424 Severn Rd
Embankment Area - located approximately at 7918 Severn Tree Blvd
Tot Lot - located approximately at 7999 Severn Tree Blvd
Pond Lot - located approximately at 7852 Golden Pine Cir
Board does not claim the lot lines portrayed are guarenteed 100% accurate nor that this is the exahustive list of all common areas owned by the Association. The Association has a survey from 1987 and some modern GIS data from the county but in lieu of paying for a new survey hopes this serves as the best estimation of where these lines are today.

Some Rules pertaining to Common Areas
- No placing signs on them. Article VIII > Section 2
- No hunting or traping. Article VIII > Section 7
- No driving/parking on them.
- No setting up tents or other temporary structures. Article VIII > Section VIII
- No doing anything else on them that would "cause embarrassment, discomfort, annoyance, or nuisance to the neighborhood" Article VIII > Section 5. AKA no noise from 10:00pm to 7:00am on them but Association reserves right to extend beyond that time and beyond just sound if it feels something else would be deemed not appropriate.
