There are 18 eletricity providers in Anne Arundel County for residential homes (that could at least be somewhat verified and don't require your personal information just to view rates for the area).
All use BG&E as the utility but may offer competitive pricing over BG&E.
Note - Maryland is a net-metering state but not all providers will compensate you. Be sure to do your research if you have or wish to get solar panels.
